Refund policy

1. Conditions for Returns and Refunds

1) Return Period

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

2) Condition of Items Eligible for Return

  • Items must be in new condition with original tags attached.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return.
  • If undisclosed stains or damage are found during inspection, the item will be returned to the customer.
  • When returning or exchanging products, please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage or loss during transit.

  • Products with significantly diminished value due to damaged packaging.
  • Products with reduced value making them unsuitable for resale due to time-sensitive deterioration.
