1. Conditions for Returns and Refunds
1) Return Period
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
2) Condition of Items Eligible for Return
- Items must be in new condition with original tags attached.
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return.
- If undisclosed stains or damage are found during inspection, the item will be returned to the customer.
- When returning or exchanging products, please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage or loss during transit.
3) Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange After Opening
- Products with significantly diminished value due to damaged packaging.
- Products with reduced value making them unsuitable for resale due to time-sensitive deterioration.

- Steps:
- Ship the items to the specified address.
- Item inspection upon arrival.
- Exchange shipped after customer places an order for the desired item.
- Ensure to email your return details and use the designated return address to avoid delays in the return/exchange/refund process.

- Exchanges are free in cases of incorrect item, size, or color, or damage caused by seller error.
2) Exchange Procedure

- For exchanges due to customer preference, the refund will exclude shipping costs.
